DELIVERY AND STORE PICK UP POLICIES

 Alcohol Sale & Privacy Policy

 Circus Liquors, T/A Circus Wines may be referred to as “our”, “we”, or “us” (or “Circus Wines”).

 *You must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from our store or this website. Proof of age must be demonstrated with a government-issued photo ID (i.e. driver’s license).

 *By initiating a sale over the web, you are certifying that you are of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information is illegal. We will actively prosecute and assist in said prosecution of anyone found to be in violation of state law.

 *All orders initiated via telephone shall certify the person who will be signing the receipt of the ordered merchandise is of legal drinking age. Falsifying this information over the telephone is ILLEGAL.

Pickup in Store  and Curbside Policy

Once an order is placed online for “Will Pickup in Store” it will be picked, packed and placed in the pickup zone at the Customer Service Desk. Depending on the size and time of the order, please give us time to prepare the order. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you are in a rush and need your order ready for a certain time, please call the store at (732) 957-9700

 When an order is picked up in the store, the person picking up the order will be responsible for verifying the validity of the order and information submitted at the time of purchase. All individuals picking up alcohol related orders must be at least 21 years of age and able to prove it.

 Any order purchased by one person and being picked up by another person will need to be confirmed by the person whose name is on the credit card used to complete the purchase. This can be confirmed by either a hard or soft copy of confirmation email at the time of pick up. Identification of the person picking up the order will be checked by store personnel.
